- Swiss counsel to CRH plc on the EUR 1.64 billion sale of its European distribution business to private equity funds managed by Blackstone
- Lead counsel to Actelion Ltd in its USD 30 billion takeover by Johnson & Johnson combined with the spin off of its research and clinical development business into Idorsia Ltd.
- Advised Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc. on the sale of its reinsurance subsidiaries Tokio Millennium Re AG and Tokio Millennium Re (UK) Limited to Renaissance Re for the total consideration of approximately USD 1.5 billion.
- Advised Broadcom, Inc. in the acquisition of CA Technologies for USD 18.9 billion in cash.
