Annette’s capital market practice includes a broad spectrum of equity capital market transactions, such as initial public offerings, rights offerings, spin-offs, or private placements as well as debt capital market transactions, including bonds, convertible bonds as well as hybrid and regulatory capital instruments. She represents both issuers and banks. Annette also regularly advises on sustainable capital markets issuances, such as green bonds or sustainability-linked bonds.
Another focus of Annette’s work is corporate and securities law. Her clients include companies preparing for their IPO and retaining Annette for her advice on corporate structuring, corporate governance, and transparency obligations for public companies. She further advises numerous listed companies on corporate governance and ESG-related matters.
