The team demonstrated a strong understanding of the Central Bank of Ireland’s regulatory expectations for ICAVs and third‑party management company structures, which was particularly valuable given the cross‑border nature of the client and the complexity of an insurance and pension group promoter. What we especially valued was their ability to provide clear and commercially grounded advice and their ability to drive matters forward efficiently.
