Micheál is a senior associate working in our Finance and Capital Markets Department. Micheál advises international companies and financial institutions, asset managers, private equity firms, investment banks, arrangers, issuers and trustees on aspects of debt capital markets and structured finance transactions. Micheál’s experience covers a range of debt finance work, including peer-to-peer and marketplace lending platforms, life settlement transactions, collateralised loan obligation transactions (CLOs), corporate bond issuances, loan origination structures, securitisations, MTN and repackaging programmes and other forms of structured finance products.
Micheál has experience in advising leading international private equity firms and financial services providers as Irish legal counsel to Irish incorporated special purpose vehicles which employ private debt issuances to finance portfolio investments in multiple jurisdictions.
