- Advised a global impact investment fund on proposed US$151 million equity and debt investments in an insurance holding company in Nigeria.
- Advised Nigeria’s foremost telecommunications company on a NGN2 billion equity issuance shelf programme involving 2,814,830,718 ordinary shares, as well as a first series issuance of up to 575,000,000 ordinary shares under the programme.
- Advised a leading telecommunications infrastructure and wireless-service provider in Nigeria in connection with a private-equity fund’s acquisition of a super-majority equity stake in the company, worth US$100 million.

- Advised All On Partnerships for Energy Access Limited, a Shell-funded impact-investment company, on renewable-energy matters in Nigeria, including investments in and funding of renewable-energy companies.
- Advised Ibadan and Yola Distribution Companies on a Disbursement Agreement with the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission under a scheme to support the sector, totalling NGN213 billion.
