Segun Omoregie is a partner at G. Elias. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws degrees from Lagos State University and University College London respectively. Segun’s practice covers corporate finance, capital markets, private equity, project development project finance, petroleum, mergers and acquisitions as well as foreign investment and corporate taxation.
