Kuburat Abubakar is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Foreign Investment, Real Estate and Construction Practice Units. As a key member of the Firm’s Corporate and M&A practice units, she provides legal advisory services to various clients (domestic and foreign), in several sectors of the economy. This includes advising on mergers, acquisitions corporate restructuring, foreign investments, compliance, corporate governance, divestments, privatizations, etc.

She also advises on the following sectors in the Real Estate and Construction units: transport (aviation, shipping and maritime, road, railway), hospitality, health care, industrial and mining sectors.
