The transaction is notable for involving one of Austria’s most prominent digital platforms and combines Sprints’ marketplace investment expertise with Styria’s strong position in the Austrian media and digital sector to support willhaben’s continued growth and development.


The firm also advised FRANKSTAHL Rohr- und Stahlhandelsgesellschaft and SC STEELCOIN on the EEA-wide offering and Stuttgart Stock Exchange listing of STEELCOIN ETP, an innovative steel-linked exchange traded product. The mandate involved the structuring and regulatory approval of a novel investment instrument, bringing a new commodity linked product to European capital markets.
