In M&A, the firm advised Flex Capital and OMS Group on the acquisition of DocuMatrix, an Austrian provider of customer communication management solutions with operations across Austria, Germany and Switzerland. The transaction supported OMS Group’s expansion strategy in the DACH region and involved coordinating cross-border legal work across multiple jurisdictions, including legal due diligence, transaction negotiations and regulatory considerations.


 The firm has strong financial service regulatory expertise handling a range of comprehensive licensing strategy, regulatory structuring and regulatory compliance for a range of clients in the payment services, crypto providers and bitcoin providers. For example, the firm advised Bybit EU group on a multi-licence regulatory project encompassing MiCAR, MiFID II and e-money authorisation processes in Austria.
