She is an essential asset for the firm's growth and client success. Nadine has advised in some of the most significant national and cross border deals in the Austrian market.

• Co-lead counsel to RHI Magnesita in its €125 million cross-border acquisition of Seven Refractories entities across Europe, the US and India.
• Nadine also co-advised Agri Europe Cyprus Limited on its intended acquisition of a significant stake in listed Addiko Bank AG, including the structuring of a voluntary partial tender offer, alongside addressing the competing public tender offer by Nova Ljubljanska Banka d.d.
• Nadine further co-advised Mölnlycke Health Care through its strategic acquisition of P.G.F. Industry Solutions GmbH, a complex deal in the life sciences sector
• In 2025 she further advised Worthington Cylinders GmbH, a subsidiary of Worthington Enterprises, on the cross-border carve-out and sale of its alternative fuels business (SES Composites) to Norway-based Hexagon Composites ASA.
