Nadine has proven to be an indispensable asset to CERHA HEMPEL’s Takeovers and Antitrust team, led by managing partner Albert Birkner over the past decade, offering high-quality expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Law, Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Trust Law.
She is an essential asset for the firm's growth and client success. Nadine has advised in some of the most significant national and cross border deals in the Austrian market.
Recent transactional highlights
- Co-lead counsel to RHI Magnesita in its €125 million cross-border acquisition of Seven Refractories entities across Europe, the US and India.
- Nadine also co-advised Agri Europe Cyprus Limited on its intended acquisition of a significant stake in listed Addiko Bank AG, including the structuring of a voluntary partial tender offer, alongside addressing the competing public tender offer by Nova Ljubljanska Banka d.d.
- Nadine further co-advised Mölnlycke Health Care through its strategic acquisition of P.G.F. Industry Solutions GmbH, a complex deal in the life sciences sector
- In 2025 she further advised Worthington Cylinders GmbH, a subsidiary of Worthington Enterprises, on the cross-border carve-out and sale of its alternative fuels business (SES Composites) to Norway-based Hexagon Composites ASA.
