Highlights  

Recent examples of the firm’s banking work include advising DBS, Maybank, SMBC and UOB, the mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners, on the conventional loan and Islamic Murabaha facilities to Wealthy Link. This transaction was also one of the largest real estate financing transactions in Singapore in 2024.  

The firm was highly visible in capital markets, where it advised the issuer on the issue of SLP securities under a multi-currency debt issuance programme. The deal sets several industry firsts – the first Singapore dollar-denominated SLP, the first public benchmark SLP in Asia, and the first public perpetual securities issued by a pure play data centre.  

In a landmark M&A matter, the firm advised Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation on its proposed US$7.8 billion joint venture with NXP Semiconductors to build a new 300mm semiconductor wafer manufacturing facility in Singapore. The transaction is one of the largest joint ventures to date in the Singapore semiconductor manufacturing industry.
