Amsterdam, 5 November 2024 - AKD announced today that experienced indirect tax specialist Maarten Prevoo has joined the firm as a partner in its Tax team. Prevoo is based in the firm’s Amsterdam office.
AKD has appointed three new partners and once new counsel. The newly appointed partners have demonstrated over the past few years to have made valuable contributions to the growth of our firm, having provided their clients with innovative and successful advise in their various fields of expertise.
AKD has strengthened the firm’s EU, Competition & Regulation practice with the addition of Koen Platteau. Koen is an all-round competition lawyer with over 30 years of experience. He brings a significant amount of experience in merger control matters, investigations, competition law litigation, compliance work and State aid. His practice spans a wide variety of sectors including agri-food and life sciences, distribution and technology.
