Jasper Verhoog

Jasper has joined AKD in 2008 and works as part of AKD's Finance & Structuring section in Luxembourg and Amsterdam. He acts as the main liaison between AKD’s Luxembourg and Dutch offices. 

• Advised various banks and financial service providers on financial supervision law, including rendering advice on cross border services, passporting licenses, compliance, etc.; 
• Advised various multinationals (e.g. a client listed at the Tel Aviv stock exchange and active in the field of food and beverage and a client listed at the NYSE active in the field of fashion and clothing) regarding financial supervision law, corporate structure and financing; 
• Advised various issuers concerning the issuance of securities, whereby Jasper's services consisted of advice regarding compliance with financial supervision law, drafting the required documents, etc.; and 
• Advised various parties concerning the establishment of investment funds, including the drafting of required fund documentation, obtaining a licenses/registrations, compliance, etc. For example, Jasper assisted Guide Plus Sustainable Investment Fund with the establishment of its fund and obtaining its EuVECA-label.
