Remco Bosveld is a partner at AKD and part of its Finance & Structuring practice group. He is also the head of the firm’s Amsterdam offices. Remco specializes in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, corporate structuring and capital markets. He has over nineteen years of experience in company reorganizations, restructurings, setting up joint ventures, legal mergers and demergers, takeovers, divestments, corporate governance and equity and debt issuances. In addition, Remco has extensive experience in the health care sector and the private wealth, including closely held businesses, practice.
In 2006 and 2007 Remco worked at the New York Office of Shearman & Sterling LLP in the Capital Markets - The Americas department, where he assisted, among others, on the issuance of bonds and debentures by one of the world's largest media and entertainment conglomerates.
