Vincent Bettonville has been a partner in the Banking & Finance section at AKD in Amsterdam since 2008. Formally the head of the Amsterdam office, Vincent leads the Finance and Structuring department since 2015. He has a broad financial practice but focuses on assisting clients in operational, asset, acquisition and project finance transactions, including LMA style (syndicated) loans and security arrangements, and on restructurings. In addition to advising on financial transactions, Vincent has a substantial corporate practice in which he advises international clients in tax-driven structures. Vincent also advises in relation to financial and corporate laws of Curacao.
Vincent has over twenty years of experience (most of which were spent living and practicing law in New York) in advising international clients, in particular European, U.S. and South American clients, as well as large domestic clients.
Vincent graduated from Utrecht University in private law and international law with honors (cum laude) and has followed post-doctoral training at Oxford University.
Vincent is a member of AKD’s legal opinion committee, and a member of the International Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

- Assisting a large Dutch based multinational engaged in cutting and packaging of fruit and vegetables on various acquisitions, restructurings and financings;
