Dutch firm AKD has announced the arrival of a new partner to its M&A team.
Lennart Crain has joined the firm from leading Dutch practice De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, where he had been been for six years and had most recently served as senior associate. He had previously worked for the Dutch practice of Houthoff Buruma.
Rcent work include advising Nationale Borg Beheer on the sale of Nationale Borg-Maatschappij to AmTrust and NXP on the sale of its RF Power Business to the Chinese investor Jianguang Asset Management.
