Ditipriya Dutta Chowdhury

Ditipriya is of counsel at TWL Law Group, and regularly advises on inbound transactional matters, with a particular focus on cross-border M&A across India and the Philippines. Her practice also includes renewable energy acquisitions, investment structuring, legal due diligence, and regulatory compliance across Southeast Asian jurisdictions.

In the Philippines, Ditipriya has been involved in solar energy project acquisitions, the acquisition of a regulated insurance company, and corporate dissolution processes. She has also advised foreign investors on inbound investment considerations, including applicable licensing requirements and foreign ownership thresholds. In India, Ditipriya advises foreign investors on structuring investments and joint ventures, including foreign direct investment entry routes and related compliance requirements.

She graduated from KIIT School of Law with a BSc LLB (Business Hons.) and obtained her LLM in Intellectual Property Law from IIT Kharagpur. Ditipriya holds a PhD from the University of Burdwan, India.
