Tracy Zheng

Ms Zheng worked for ten years at a big four firm in tax practice. She currently serves as tax director at TWL Law Group, offering comprehensive advisory opinions on matters such as taxation, customs, and transfer pricing.

Ms Zheng has accumulated extensive hands-on experience in a wide range of tax projects. She provides tax advisory services to Chinese private enterprises on cross-border investments and to multinational corporations on their China investment structures. Her services include assisting clients in designing China and overseas business models and investment structures, as well as developing tax planning strategies.

Ms Zheng has rich experience in advising on domestic and cross-border supplies of services and goods, and in designing strategic arrangements to minimise tax costs. Notably, she has led tax planning for large multinational groups’ overseas investments and managed tax compliance for their overseas entities.

Ms Zheng graduated from Tianjin University and is a member of the China Certified Tax Agent Association. She works fluently in Chinese and English.
