Stanley Tseng

Stanley is the senior counsel at TWL Law Group. He has extensive experience in investment, corporate law, contract drafting, and negotiations. Prior to working at TWL Law Group, Stanley was the senior legal counsel at a leading electronics manufacturer and a Global 500 company and was appointed to Shanghai to lead its China matters.

He has amassed rich experience in coordinating with the largest high-tech conglomerates, such as Apple, Microsoft, and Huawei. Stanley has negotiated investment agreements with local governments in China and managed construction tenders of over $100 million. In Southeast Asia and India, Stanley combines and draws from his international experience to offer legal services and counsel in commercial contracts, general trade, investments, infrastructure, and construction.

Stanley holds an LLB from Soochow University and attended an International Legal Studies Program at the American University Washington College of Law.
