Bob Tseng

Bob is the managing partner of TWL Law Group. He is qualified in New York, China, and Taiwan. Bob is a non-resident researcher with the Fairbank Center for Chinese Studies at Harvard University and a visiting scholar at the Chinese Studies Centre at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. He is also a member of the board of referees of the KIIT Student Law Review in Bhubaneswar, India.

Bob draws on his international practice experience to offer legal services and counsel in joint ventures, investments, M&A, banking, infrastructure, and construction, among others. He has also advised on several cross-border transactions, customs duty and tax issues, and governmental negotiations in India.

Bob holds an LLM from Northwestern University in Chicago, and an LLM and LLB from National Taiwan University.
