For dispute resolution, the firm has an impressive track record of success, particularly in handling multi-jurisdictional disputes involving allegations of conspiracy, breach of fiduciary duties, and intellectual property infringement. The team works with individuals, as well as institutional clients and businesses across a range of industries on contentious corporate commercial, IP and employment matters, among others.  

The team's in-depth understanding of emerging technologies like cryptocurrency and digital assets has enabled them to navigate novel legal issues and achieve favourable outcomes for clients. For example, the firm recently represented a group of over 80 claimants in a multi-million-dollar claim against a cryptocurrency exchange operator, successfully obtaining summary judgment that was upheld on appeal. 

The corporate and M&A practice is fairly new but rapidly growing under the leadership of Pei Tong Ng, who joined the firm in early 2025 from Drew & Napier. Ng has extensive experience advising on high-profile M&A transactions, public company takeovers, and capital markets deals across a diverse range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, infrastructure and consumer goods. The capital markets team is also spearheaded by Ng. It has demonstrated its ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements and facilitate successful fundraising exercises for clients. 

The firm is helmed by managing director Ee Yang Lee and deputy managing director Ronald JJ Wong. Lee is a contentious real estate expert, while Wong has a strength in technology disputes. They lead a team of no less than eight senior practitioners, including four directors and four associate directors.
