Resource Law is the Singapore arm of global firm Reed Smith. The firm offers a broad range of services, but it is noted for its capital markets, corporate and M&A, and private equity experience. Its sectoral expertise encompasses energy, projects and infrastructure matters, with increasing frequency in advising on southeast Asian and Chinese matters. The key contact is director Michael Kwan. He regularly advises companies listed on the Singapore Exchange on their corporate undertakings, including dual listings, acquisitions and disposals of shares and assets, share schemes, interested person transactions, corporate restructuring exercises, and other regulatory compliance measures.
