Biography
Founding Partner at Headrick since 1985. His professional practice is focused in the areas of banking, international finances, mergers and acquisitions, insurance law, corporate law in general, the execution of contracts that involve public or private entities, as well as in processes related to the encouragement of foreign investment.
Recent transactional highlights
- Principal outside counsel to Grupo SID, the largest commercial and foodstuffs manufacturer in the country, including representation in a variety of transactions and disputes.
- Representation of Citibank in a range of matters, including financings and disputes.
- Principal outside counsel to The Edrington Group in the Dominican Republic, one of the largest spirits manufacturers in the world (including the famous “Brugal” brand of the Dominican Republic).
