Mr. Marranzini is dual qualified in the Dominican Republic and New York.

• Advised the Blackstone group in the acquisition of Spanish-based gaming company Cirsa Gaming Corporation, S.A.
• Advised John Hancock Life Insurance Company in the acquisition of a minority stake in Phoenix Tower International, the country´s largest wireless tower operator
• Advised Spectrum Brands in connection with the sale of its battery and lighting unit (including the “Rayovac” brand) valued at US$2 billion.
• Advised MicroPort Scientific Corporation in its acquisition of the the cardiac rhythm management (CRM) business of LivaNova PLC (local manufacturing facility).
• Advised Scotiabank on a US$463 million secured loan extended to Phoenix Tower International and affiliates.
