His practice is focused in matters of business law, commercial law, banking and financial law with a focus on financing, contracts, guarantees, mergers and acquisitions, public economic law, competition law, consumer protection law, data protection and data privacy, foreign investment, free zones, telecommunications and regulatory matters.
Roberto received his Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, in 2011 and a Master of Laws in Business Law (Droit des Affaires) at the University of Strasbourg, France in 2014. In 2015, he obtained a Master in Market Law specialized in Competition Law and Consumer Protection Law (Droit du Marché, Parcours Concurrence et Consommation) at the University of Nantes, France. He speaks fluent Spanish, English and French.
