Biography
Partner at Headrick. Ms. Jimenez concentrates her practice in matters of civil, commercial and banking law, including mergers and acquisition and project finance. She also has extensive experience in the structuring and implementing of real estate and tourist projects. Ms. Jimenez has also a special focus on the firm in matters regarding aviation law, as well as in projects related to foreign investment, Law 173 issues.

- Advised Grupo Diesco in a US$73MM credit facility granted by Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group.
- Advised BANCO CENTROAMERICANO DE INTEGRACIÓN ECONÓMICA in the US$249,600,000.00 financing granted to the Dominican state for the construction of the most important hydroelectric station in the country.
- Advised development banks: DEG, FMO and BIO in a US$60 MM financing to Montecristi Solar FV., S.A.S., to finance the construction of a 57 MW solar power plant.
- Advising Playa Grande Holdings in drafting of contracts and other legal requirements for the development of the Playa Grande Golf Resort.
