Erwin Rademakers is partner of AKD. He has a strong focus on corporate restructurings and mergers & acquisitions. Erwin operates mainly in the international arena, particularly with regard to Japan, Korea and China, but he also has many Dutch, American and German clients. Erwin specialises in cross-border restructuring projects and large- and medium- scale mergers & acquisitions.
