David Molenaar is an attorney-at-law at AKD. He specialises in (international) mergers and acquisitions and in corporate law in the broadest sense. He advises and represents clients in, for example, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and other cooperation agreements.
In addition to his work in corporate law, David carries out work in the field of sport and entertainment. He is part of AKD’s Sports & Entertainment team and he combines his passion for sports and entertainment with ample knowledge of applicable law, making him the advisor of choice for athletes, artists, sports clubs, and sports federations.
David’s clients include (strategic) investors, private equity funds and financial institutions, as well as sportspeople, artists, sports clubs, and sports federations. His clients appreciate his efficiency and the way in which he brings matters down to the core without losing sight of the details.
David won the Best Young Talent Award 2018 at the 13th edition of the Gouden Zandloper Awards.
