Armin Schwabl

Armin Schwabl, LL.M. (Chicago) is a partner and admitted to the bar both in Austria (2015) and New York (2013). He is a regulatory lawyer with a particular focus on product regulation, telecommunications, trade, waste and environmental law. Prior to CERHA HEMPEL, Armin was a research and teaching fellow at the Institute for Austrian and European Public Law at Vienna´s University of Economics and Business and worked furthermore at the U.S.-law firm Covington & Burling LLP in Brussels. Armin is a lecturer for Public Law at the University of Applied Sciences Vienna.

• Armin co-advised (Leading Partners: Hans Kristoferitsch, Stefan Huber) one of Europe´s leading shopping center operators, SES on the enlargement of their largest shopping center, Europark in Salzburg. This deal has been closed by July 2023.
