Johannes Aehrenthal is a partner and head of our Corporate & Commercial department, with vast experience in M&A transactions, corporate law matters, reorganisations and private client advice, including Trust related matters. He advises large domestic and international clients of the firm, some of them for more than 20 years.

• In 2024, he advised Tennant Company, headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, a world leader in designing, manufacturing, and marketing solutions that help create a cleaner, safer, healthier world, in the acquisition of M&F Management and Financing GmbH (“M&F”). 
• Recently, he has advised Vienna International Airport (Flughafen Wien AG) on its joint venture with Bradford for an innovative logistics centre
