Alexander Reich-Rohrwig

Alexander Reich-Rohrwig has been advising national and international clients on highly complex commercial law matters, cross-border transactions and the establishment and structuring of joint ventures for many years.

Alexander has been with the firm for over 6 years and has been promoted to Partner in August 2023. His practice areas include M&A, corporate law, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital but also banking & finance and capital markets. He has been involved in numerous complex cross-border transactions, corporate and financing matters and some of the most complex transactions of our law firm.

• In 2023 Alexander and the team (Leading Lawyer: Clemens Hasenauer and Alexander Reich-Rohrwig) has advised OMV as Lead counsel in connection with the establishment of a Joint Venture between OMV Deutschland GmbH and ALBA Recycling GmbH
• In 2024 Alexander Reich-Rohrwig advised on two confidential transactions of a deal value of approx. EUR 40 mn, respectively EUR 22 mn.
