Recent M&A highlights include representing Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) and Bank of Ayudhya in their strategic acquisition of consumer finance platforms in Southeast Asia, a complex cross-border deal requiring navigation of multiple regulatory frameworks, including engagements with central banks and financial authorities in Indonesia and the Philippines.

In projects, the firm advised Sembcorp Development on its partnership with Panbil Group to develop a 100-hectare low-carbon industrial park in Batam. The transaction established a pioneering structure integrating renewable energy solutions with industrial development, setting a regional precedent for sustainable infrastructure.
