The deal involved extensive due diligence on over five green energy power plants. The firm designed the transaction structure to balance all parties' interests concerning permits, carbon credits, and taxation. A key feature of the innovative structure was the strategic decision for HGII to undertake a public listing prior to Yonden's share purchase, facilitating a successful market entry.
