The firm primarily represents venture capital companies, startups and foreign enterprises conducting business in Indonesia.

Recent examples of the firm’s deal work include advising TOLL Logistics (Asia), a Singapore-based company, on its investment into Indonesia through SPIL Toll Indonesia. This cross-border investment required navigating the complex legal and regulatory frameworks of both Singapore and Indonesia. A key challenge was ensuring full compliance with Indonesia's foreign investment laws (PMPMA) while structuring the sophisticated loan-to-equity conversion.  

Other highlights include advising Bukit Hijau Uluwatu on a complex multi-party investment in Indonesia involving 16 distinct investors. The transaction's primary challenge was coordinating the diverse interests of all 16 parties while navigating Bali's unique and complex land ownership landscape.
