Highlights 

The firm advised Danish Ministry of Taxation in the recovery of DKK118 billion. The firm is assisting in relation to the development of a new IT system for the collection of taxes as well as assessing the validity and data quality transferred to the Danish tax authorities thereby testing the capacity in which the authorities accurately reflect the data provided. This transaction reflects the firms trusted advisory role as legal adviser to the Danish government.  

Another significant example of the firm’s work includes advising Polaris Equity Management as mezzanine lender and equity co-investor in the proposed acquisition by McWin of the multinational premium restaurant chain, Sticks n Sushi.
