Jakob advises both Danish and international lenders and borrowers on debt capital financing, including in particular acquisition financing, mezzanine financing, bond issues, securitisations, PPP financing, as well as ship and aircraft financing.

He also advises on financial restructurings and have advised both lenders and borrowers on restructurings within a number of sectors (financial institutions, real property, shipping and car leasing).

Jakob has extensive international experience and in-depth knowledge of debt capital markets.

Jakob also advises on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, company and commercial law.
