Polenak Law Firm acted as local legal counsel for Comino Media Limited in connection to an amendment to a senior multicurrency term and revoling facilities agreement. Their work included advice on the security matters under Macedonian laws and negotiating the aspects of the amendment and restatement agreement concerning Macedonian law aspects. The transaction closed in April 2024.

The team also advised Palmet Enerji Anonim Şirketi in the tender procedure for PPP for financing, designing, construction, management, maintenance and development of the natural gas distribution system in the Republic of North Macedonia in most municipalities in North Macedonia. Their work included preparing and filing the final tender documentation as well as preparing a legal memo on the local regulatory framework for the natural gas distribution market and regulation on commercial and residential gas line installation requirements and the provisions of such services. The documentation was submitted in February 2024, however the project is currently suspended.
