Eduardo Mayora Dawe founded the firm in Guatemala City in 1966, with a vision to create the first institutionalized firm in the country, a legacy carried on to this day.

The firm has been in charge of the drafting and issuance of promissory notes and the constitution of guarantees attached to these obligations. This year we participated in the constitution of a movable security over sugar. The firm created a new way of constituting the guarantee that hasn’t been done before, and right now we are working for the extension for next year.
