JPM & Partners Montenegro advised Antenna Hungaria (now 4iG Távközlési Holding Zrt) on transferring its shares in One Crna Gora as an in-kind contribution to 4iG International Telco Holding Kft. The team was involved in structuring the share transfer and maintaining compliance withthe relevant regulatory requirements. The restructuring concluded in March 2025.
The team also HE Dabar in connection with the realization of an EPC Contract awarded to China Gezhouba Group, for design, supply, delivery, manufacturing, transportation, installation, construction, testing and commissioning of the 159 MW hydropower plant. This included advising on the overall contractual structure, addressing claim issues, and providing guidance on contractual matters. The project is valued at 190 million euros and is expected to be completed in January 2028.
