Radonjić Associates provides Jugopetrol with complete legal support related to energy, infrastructure, corporate, regulatory, and procurement. Projects include infrastructure projects such as petrol stations, yacht supply facilities, and installation reconstructions.

The firm was also engaged on a $1.35 billion intergovernmental strategic infrastructure project involving the construction of HVDC converter stations between Italy and Montenegro as part of a cross-border electricity transmission initiative. The team acted for Balcke-Durr and its Montenegrin branch, the main contractor for the HVDC converter stations on both sides of the cable. Their worked included energy law, construction, corporate structuring, employment, and compliance.
