Lana Vukmirović Mišić is a Senior Partner in JPM Partners. She is a highly regarded expert with more than 17 years of experience in corporate, commercial, M&A, construction, energy and dispute-resolution matters. In her many years of experience, she has led some of the most significant acquisitions, privatization deals, and energy and real estate transactions.
Since 2013, she has been appointed as the Designated Legal Counsel (Vertrauensanwältin) of the Austrian Embassy in Montenegro. She has been engaged in many projects on behalf of international organizations such as the EBRD, IFC, KfW, UNDP, etc. Lana is listed as a Leading Lawyer by IFLR 1000 and is also recognized as the 2023 Women Leader by IFLR 1000.

Acting as the advisors of OTP Nyrth and CKB Bank on the insolvency, litigation and enforcement proceedings against Vektra Group companies, and advising on debt restructuring.
