In banking the firm recently advised Creahaus on a €34 million senior secured loan provided by Prime Capital. 

In capital markets the firm advised ArcelorMittal on its $1 billion notes offerings due 2028 and 2031 respectively under its EUR 10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme. 

In investment funds the firm advised New Mountain Capital in the formation, fund raising and financing of its New Mountain Partners VII fund. 

In M&A the firm is advising Ares Management Corporation on its $3.7 billion acquisition of GLP Capital Partners Limited and certain of its affiliates.
