IABF is an Indonesian law firm established in 2003 and based in Jakarta. He is also active in acquisitions, divestments and corporate restructuring. Corporate partner Almaida Askandar also has expertise in personal data protection, intellectual property, litigation court practices, bankruptcy, and carbon trading – she has been a speaker at Hukumonline to discuss carbon trading. Partner Robert Hasan is known for his expertise in data protection law. Partner Meidyna Budiarti joined the firm last summer from Hermawan Juniarto & Partners.
