Danish firm Accura has recruited seven partners in Copenhagen from a direct rival.

Accura hired the group of lawyers from Plesner. M&A partners Tue Ravnholdt Frandsen and Torben Nørskov are among the senior hires and Lars Mygind Bojsen becomes an associate partner through the move.

In real estate, Accura recruited partners Anders Friis, Jakob Schou Midtgaard and Luise Christensen to its team. Senior lawyer Rikke Marie Falck will also take up a partner role following the change. All four real estate lawyers work on a mix of transactional M&A and project development work.

The partners will join Accura on May 1, 2020. The changes follow the departure of four lawyers from Plesner in August 2019 to form a new corporate boutique, Christensen Partners.
