Urs Feller

Dr Urs Feller is head of the dispute resolution team. He acts in complex proceedings before Swiss courts, arbitration tribunals and administrative authorities, including criminal proceedings. He advises clients on contractual and commercial matters, particularly in banking, insurance, sanctions and compliance, and in administrative and judicial assistance. Urs Feller specialises in insolvency proceedings, restructuring and asset recovery as well as inheritance proceedings. He also advises clients in family and inheritance law matters, such as estate and succession planning, including the execution of wills. He conducts corresponding proceedings for private individuals, trustees and family offices.
