Dr Feller is head of the dispute resolution team. He acts in complex proceedings before Swiss courts, arbitration tribunals, and administrative authorities, including criminal proceedings. Dr Feller advises clients on contractual and commercial matters, particularly in banking, insurance, sanctions, and compliance, and in administrative and judicial assistance.
He specialises in insolvency proceedings, restructuring, and asset recovery, as well as inheritance proceedings. Dr Feller also advises clients in family and inheritance law matters, such as estate and succession planning, including the execution of wills. He conducts corresponding proceedings for private individuals, trustees, and family offices.
