Rodney Teoh

Rodney is an owner partner of Stevenson, Wong & Co. He is a deputy head of corporate finance and co-head of fintech at the firm.

Rodney is quad-qualified in Australia (New South Wales), Hong Kong, England and Wales, and the People’s Republic of China (Greater Bay Area). He trained at highly reputed international law firms prior to joining the firm in 2014. Rodney’s practice covers a broad range of commercial and corporate finance work, including initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary equity offerings, pre-IPO investments, bond offerings, corporate restructurings, fintech, and blockchain advisory. He has also advised on cross-border public and private M&A, and takeovers of Hong Kong listed companies. Rodney has been retained by a number of Hong Kong listed companies for their post-listing compliance and other matters.

He has been recognised as a Highly Regarded Lawyer in Capital markets: Debt – Foreign, Financial and Corporate, and Investment Funds by IFLR1000 in 2024.
