
Ning Zhu
Ms. Zhu is the managing partner of Chance Bridge Law Firm, having begun legal practice in 1996. She holds a master’s degree in international commercial law from the University of Glasgow and received her PhD in securities law from Renmin University of China. Her practice mainly focuses on capital markets, financial markets, cross-border investment, and financing business.
Ms. Zhu serves as an arbitrator at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and the Beijing Arbitration Commission, and as a council member of LAWASIA, as well as being the chair of the Financial Professional Committee of the Belt and Road International Lawyers Association. In addition to her professional commitments, Ms. Zhu is an adjunct professor at Renmin University of China Law School and a distinguished professor at the Lawyers School of the East China University of Political Science and Law.
