Yuri Suzuki

Yuri Suzuki has been a partner in Atsumi & Sakai since 2008; she heads the firm’s FinTech Team providing advice to organizations at the cutting edge of technological innovation in the financial sector.  Ms. Suzuki is a trustee of the Japan Institute of Life Insurance, a member of the Individual-type Pension Policy Formulation Committee of the National Pension Fund Association and auditor of The Organization of Global Financial City Tokyo.

• Advised a crowd factoring service provider in fund-raising transactions and financial services regulatory matters
• Assisted the Fintech Association of Japan as a secretariat member with planning and managing committees in connection with financial services regulations
• Assisted MUFG with its Digital Accelerator Program as an advisor, providing legal and regulatory advice to the participants
• Assisted the Tokyo Metropolitan Government with its fintech accelerator program as a supporter attracting overseas fintech companies to Tokyo
