Biography

Shuji Koyama is a partner in Atsumi & Sakai and heads the firm’s real estate group. He has handled a wide variety of transactions including real estate, real estate finance, acquisition finance, project finance, securitization, banking, ABL and trust.

Before joining Atsumi & Sakai in 2010, he worked at Jones Day, Tokyo and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP (Orrick Tokyo Law Offices).
