Dr. Stephan Kesselbach, Partner, leads the practice group for Litigation and Arbitration. He is also a member of the Insolvency and Restructuring team at Wenger Plattner. He advises national and international clients in legal disputes and represents them before administrative authorities and courts, with a focus on corporate, contract, and insolvency law. Dr. Stephan Kesselbach has extensive experience in handling complex insolvency proceedings.
Dr. Stephan Kesselbach regularly speaks at national and international events and publishes on topics related to procedural and insolvency law. He is active in various national and international professional organizations, notably as a board member (secretary) of the DACH European Lawyers Association.
